Refund and Exchange Policy

All returned or faulty items should be returned in their original packaging with labels still attached, unworn within 30 days of purchase, with the original receipt or order number for a full refund. 

Refunds will be made in cash or by bank transfer if brought in the Shop. If items are brought online then a refund will be issued to your payment card or Paypal account.

The Uniform Shop reserves the right to reject returned items that are unfit for resale on receipt.

No refund will be given for incorrect size choice – only exchange. Exchanges can only be made within 30 days of purchase.

Any items returned within 60 days, in original packaging and labels attached are eligible for a credit note to be used within 3 months of date of issue. 

Faulty items will be returned to the original suppliers to determine the nature of the problem and whether to offer repair or replacement. The Uniform Shop reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the items fault is a result or misuse or neglect. 

For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange socks, tights, hats or swim caps.

There are NO REFUNDS on second hand items, or exchanges.

All refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the Uniform Shop Manager.
